With The Texan out-of-town most of this week, and next, The Boy and I will have plenty of time for my favorite Breakfast for Dinner!!!

Monday – Cinnamon Raisin French Toast with real Maple Syrup

Tuesday – Oatmeal with dried Cranberries and pecans

Wednesday – Blueberry Oatmeal Pancakes with real Maple Syrup {and Turkey Bacon}

Thursday – Crock pot Whole Chicken {The Texan will be home, so we’ll be having this Paleo-friendly fare!}

Friday – Family Dinner Out {Hopefully The Texan reads this post and notes that I don’t want to cook!}

Saturday – Oriental Chicken Salad {Yep, another Paleo-friendly meal. I think}

Sunday – Banana Walnut Pancakes with real Maple Syrup {and Chicken Sausage}

What are you feeding your family this week? Breakfast for dinner, like us?

  1. I am absolutely copying this meal plan 🙂 Looks delicious and thanks for trying the oats!

  3. I love your dinners this week! Especially the banana pancakes. Mmm, pancakes. My husband is out of town this week too, so I’m using the opportunity to make things he doesn’t like. 🙂

    • It’s really a “Momma-with-stitches-in-her-elbow” menu plan. Easy with not much effort. Though tonight, The Boy wanted oatmeal (which is what he had last night), so I’ve already failed at sticking to it!

  4. Your entire menu sounds tasty. I wasn’t nearly as productive cooking when my husband was out of town last week – in fact there was no cooking.

    • Thanks! He’ll be gone next week, too. So watch for the “Dinner at Mom’s, Dinner at Dad’s, Dinner Out” post!
