Last August, I shared what was in my purse with you as part of a 30 Days About Me series. I thought it would be fun to show you how much LESS I am carrying around these days!
Thanks to The Texan, I now carry a fabulous and gorgeous Kelly Moore B-Hobo bag. It was a birthday gift. Isn’t it beautiful?
I’ve pared down what I carry, despite adding a dSLR to my almost-everyday needs. Here’s a shot of the contents of my bag:
- I still have the same Taxi Wallet as I did last year. {Yikes. Maybe I should put a new wallet on my Christmas wish list?} The green is so bright and makes it easy to spot in my bag.
- A spare key to our house – you never know when you’re going to need it!
- There’s a cute little business card holder that The Texan gave to me back when I was a corporate gal. I love the sparkly flip flops and margarita glass. So glamorous!
- Pack of Kleenex. Really should invest in a cute case for those.
- A few receipts – one not-so-fun from the gas station and one oh-so-fun from our Date Night last week!
- A Starbucks gift card clipped to a few other gift cards from my shopping trip last week. I still have the gift cards, the shopping trip was more a “why-don’t-they-sell-anything-I-want?” trip.

I wish I carried a purse. Right now I have two kids under 3 so my purse = the backpack I carry around. Yes, I said backpack. Since I have two in diapers I found a backpack works better than a diaper bag.
