I love cooking. After more than a decade in the restaurant industry, I still have the cooking bug. Many of the things I make are inspired by recipes that I have read in magazines and online, dishes that I’ve eaten in restaurants or a combination of “Hey, I wonder what that would taste like?” and sheer luck!
I cook with natural and organic ingredients when possible, practical and affordable. Most dishes that I prepare are healthy AND taste good too!
